If the Democrats aren't confident that Senator Obama is going to win the election, they cheat. I heard that the a LOT of people living in Illinois simply laugh when they hear of new instances of corruption. It's like they view the Democrats in their town or state as their adorable toddler of a grandson sneaking a cookie out of the cookie jar. "Aw, that's so cute. You gotta hand it to little Billy. He knows what he wants and refuses to take NO for an answer." Seriously, they just laugh it off.
