Are you a right-wing extremist? (test)

The Right-Wing Extremist Test

If you watch a lot of TV like I do, you are bound to have come across people who talk about the Right-Wing or even Right-Wing Extremists. If you are like me, you really don’t want to be an extremist because it is (what’s the word, oh!) EXTREME!

Now, I have created a test that determines whether you are normal person or you are a Right-Wing Extremist.

1. If you see a pregnant woman’s ultrasound, do you:
a) strongly urge the woman to call Planned Parenthood to schedule an abortion?
b) say something like, “Awwwwwwwwwwww, isn’t she just the cutest thing. She’s even sucking her little thumb”?

2. If you see a tiny baby in a hospital or clinic who is in need of medical attention and is unattended, do you:
a) ignore him or her until he or she dies then throw the body into the garbage?
b) immediately get medical help for the baby in hopes of saving his or her life?

3. If you see a man dressed in a tuxedo in a wedding ceremony, do you:
a) naturally look for the man he is going to marry and upon seeing him, you smile?
b) naturally look for the bride (a woman) he is going to marry and upon seeing her, you smile?

4. If you hear that your neighborhood school is having its annual Christmas program in which the children sing Christmas carols the week before Christmas, do you:
a) immediately call the ACLU to help you sue the school?
b) wish you could come because you just love Jingle Bells and Silent Night?

5. If you see a man dressed in his military uniform, is your first thought to:
a) accuse him of war crimes and to spit on him?
b) thank him for his willingness to defend the United States and offer to buy his meal?

6. If you hear a politician talk favorably about “spreading the wealth around” or “making the rich pay their fair share”, you:
a) can’t wait to vote for him?
b) think “There’s definitely something wrong there. If the government can take the money and property of the rich, the government can take MY money and property and give it to other people”?

============== ASSESSMENT ===============

If you answer (a) for any or all of the questions, the Democratic Party considers you normal. You should be registered as a Democrat and vote for Democratic candidates.

However, if you answer (b) for any or all of the questions, the Democratic Party considers you a Right-Wing nut and extremist. You should be registered as a Republican and vote FOR Republican candidates.

So what's wrong with Socialism anyway?

"Socialist" is a label that political conservatives and libertarians often try to pin on Democrats and liberals who are not in the Democratic Party (in the United States). Usually, the liberals simply laugh it off and the people who aren't knowledgeable about politics are content to accept their denials.

That's what has made what happened with Senator Barack Obama unique. The label "Socialist" is sticking like glue to Senator Obama. Now, a lot of conservatives and libertarians are shocked to discover that a lot of people living in this country really don't know what socialism is and they don't understand what is wrong with it anyway.

I am going to start posting material to address that in the next day or two.

Joseph Farah has a good piece in which he starts to answer 'What's wrong with socialism?'

Investor's Business Daily has a whole series on Senator Obama and socialism.

OhPruneJuice goes YouTubeing

Yes, I made the plunge. I created my first YouTube video. Hopefully, more are on the way.

My first attempt was inspired by Jay Leno. Ordinarily, I like Jay. He is one funny dOOd. However, recently, he had Senator Biden on and he was talking about Joe the Plumber. He said that he thought people probably were more afraid of plumbers than they are of terrorists.

I thought, "Now, that was really dumb. That totally distorts reality and could be used by Senator Obama to avoid serious issues and win the election.

Please, excuse my editing job. It was the very first time I did anything like this. If you would, spread it around to people you think could use it.

Anyway, here is my first video ever and my YouTube page:

By the way, OH PRUNE JUICE!!!

Are 401(k)s safe from congressional Democrats?

Short answer: No.

James Taranto. writing in the Wall Street Journal, says:

If you have a 401(k) or equivalent retirement plan, you've probably been watching nervously the past few weeks as your nest egg has shrunken owing to the current turmoil in the markets.

Well, it could be worse. But don't take heart, for what we mean is it could get worse. The market turmoil has some politicians on Capitol Hill eyeing the end of the 401(k) as we know it. Workforce Management reports on a hearing of the House Education and Labor Committee earlier this month:

A plan by Teresa Ghilarducci, professor of economic-policy analysis at the New School for Social Research in New York, contains elements that are being considered....

Under Ghilarducci's plan, all workers would receive a $600 annual inflation-adjusted subsidy from the U.S. government but would be required to invest 5 percent of their pay into a guaranteed retirement account administered by the Social Security Administration. The money in turn would be invested in special government bonds that would pay 3 percent a year, adjusted for inflation.

The current system of providing tax breaks on 401(k) contributions and earnings would be eliminated....

Read the rest of Taranto's piece in the Wall Street Journal

Now, doesn't a President Obama sound good right about now? Not a Republican in sight that could stop the Democrats' plan. That's mighty nice, indeed.

There is a little over a week to consider voting Republican.

Iran, one of America's enemies, Endorses Obama

Remember Iran? The country took 52 Americans hostage in the late 1970s for 444 days. Iran held the hostages for the rest of Jimmy Carter's presidency and within an hour of Ronald Reagan becoming the President, the hostages were released.

Anyway, Iran announced that Iran would prefer Senator Obama instead of Senator McCain.

Read Power Line's piece

Why do you think our enemies prefer Senator Obama?

Plumber Investigated More Than Presidential Candidate

This has REALLY bothered me ever since Joe the Plumber has asked Senator Obama his question. Joe was just an average guy, but once he inadvertently embarrassed the good Senator from Illinois, his fate was decided. Joe must be dealt with. Whether it was because the Obama campaign needed to distract the voters (so they wouldn't focus on the Senator's response) or it was merely meant as punishment, Joe's life was turned inside out for all of the world to see.

On the other hand, Senator Obama has several very troubling relationships that the voters are told we really don't need to know about. Issues like Williams Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, ACORN, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc., etc., etc. Naw, that's trivial stuff. What do you think he's doing? Running for the highest office in the country -- or in the world??? Naw, we don't need to know anything really.

Anyway. here is a piece by Pam Meister titled, "Joe the Plumber Vetted More Thoroughly Than Obama".

Coverage of McCain “heavily unfavorable”

Emily Belz, writing for World Magazine, says:
"The majority - 60 percent - of coverage of John McCain has been negative since the Republican convention. He wins the most negative press coverage over Barack Obama, or any candidates from other parties in this election, according to a report released today by The Pew Research Center’s Project for Excellence in Journalism, a nonpartisan journalism watchdog organization."
Read the rest of her piece.

IBD: Obama's Red Shirts

Obama's Red Shirts, a piece in Investor's Business Daily, starts off as follows:
Republican leaders want to defund and criminally investigate ACORN. Why should taxpayer dollars fund a "nonpartisan" organization that proclaims "Obama needs ACORN, and we need Obama."

That the greatest attempt at voter fraud in the nation's history is being funded in large part at taxpayer's expense is more than a bit ironic. House Minority Leader John Boehner wants it stopped and Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, wants the group allegedly behind the fraud, ACORN, criminally investigated and prosecuted.

ACORN calls itself a "nonpartisan" group seeking to register minorities and the poor. But its political arm has endorsed Barack Obama, who both trained the group's staff and sued the state of Illinois on their behalf. And Obama's campaign has given ACORN affiliates $800,000 for a get-out-the-vote drive.

Are we going to listen to Biden's Warning?

Investor's Business Daily writes:
Like many others, we took it as another gaffe when Joe Biden said he expected Barack Obama to be "tested" shortly after taking office. But when he repeated it, we wondered: What's he trying to tell us?

Glib, voluble and unscripted, Sen. Biden is liable to say anything on a given day. That's why it pays to listen carefully to what he repeats — because it's obviously something he's thought about.

"Mark my words," Biden said in San Francisco last Saturday. "With the next, first six months of this administration, if we win, they're going to — we're going to face a major international challenge. Because they're going to want to test him, just like they did young John Kennedy. They're going to want to test him."

Then, the very next day in Seattle, he said: "Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy . . . Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the metttle of this guy."

Joe Biden might mean Iran

Hugh Hewitt, posted this :

Now we know what Joe Biden was talking about.

Voters may dismiss such reports, but Haaretz is the MSM of Israel. This isn't alarmism --it is confirmation of what Joe Biden predicted Sunday and what ought to be turning the stomachs of voters who worry --rightly-- that if elected Obama's nickname would be "President Blink."

NOW IS THE TIME to say NO to Senator Obama. Senator Biden has warned us all that international crises will come because the trouble makers of the world want to test Obama as President. Biden said, "Mark my words."

The easiest solution is to elect Senator McCain on November 4th.

WSJ: Obama Talks Nonsense on Tax Cuts

William McGurn, writing in the Wall Street Journal, says:
Now we know: 95% of Americans will get a "tax cut" under Barack Obama after all. Those on the receiving end of a check will include the estimated 44% of Americans who will owe no federal income taxes under his plan.

In most parts of America, getting money back on taxes you haven't paid sounds a lot like welfare. Ah, say the Obama people, you forget: Even those who pay no income taxes pay payroll taxes for Social Security. Under the Obama plan, they say, these Americans would get an income tax credit up to $500 based on what they are paying into Social Security.

Just two little questions: If people are going to get a tax refund based on what they pay into Social Security, then we're not really talking about income tax relief, are we? And if what we're really talking about is payroll tax relief, doesn't that mean billions of dollars in lost revenue for a Social Security trust fund that is already badly underfinanced?
Read the read of McGurn's article.

Boasting Weakness? Say what???

Investor's Business Daily has a good piece today. It begins as follows:
The latest in the endless series of gaffes from Obama running mate Joseph Biden is his warning that our enemies would test a President Obama early on. We need a president they would fear to test.

An early sign of the coming greatness of the Reagan presidency was that within an hour of the former actor's taking the oath of office, the Ayatollah Khomeini's Islamofascist regime in Iran released the 52 U.S. hostages it had been holding for 444 days.

Somehow, Ronald Reagan's lack of foreign policy experience didn't give Tehran the impression it would be a good idea to find out what he was made of; the mullahs already knew.

So why does Democratic vice-presidential nominee Sen. Joseph Biden think it's such a good idea to advertise that within months of taking office a President Obama would be faced with "a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy"?

Scary is all I can say. Wait. I have something else that I can say. Vote McCain on November 4th.

Project Vote, partisan antics, and illegality

Michelle Malkin writes:
Well, lookee here. The New York Times, of all places, reports on an internal assessment of ACORN’s shady relationships with its affiliates and its inextricable ties to Obama’s old employers at Project Vote. For months, ACORN watchers have laid out the incestuous ties between the two groups.
Read the rest of Michelle's post.

Remember. If Senator Obama and ACORN are so willing to deprive Americans of their vote, just think of what else they are going to deprive you of if it serves their purposes.

Obama's tax "cuts" would actually hurt the middle class

Investor's Business Daily had an excellent audio presentation in their weekly podcast.

10/16/08: Tom McArdle on how Obama's tax "cuts" would actually hurt the middle class

It's really something how so many Americans believe a political lie. Tom McArdle rightly calls Senator Obama's promise to cut the taxes of 95% of all Americans a wealth transfer.

Boys and girls, can we say SOCIALISM?

Biden Bullish on National Crises

Yesterday, Senator Obama's running mate, Senator Joseph Biden said:
Mark my words, within the next -- first six months of this administration, if we win, they're going to -- we're going to face a major international challenge, 'cause they're going to want to test him, just like they did John Kennedy, they're going to want to test him, and they're going to find out this guy's got steel in his spine.
Listen to the actual sound clip. Pretty reassuring, eh?

Senator Biden is promising the American voters international crises within six months of Senator Obama's becoming the President of the United States.

I have a few observations that I would like to make.
  1. Apparently, Senator Biden knows that trouble is coming our way if Senator Obama wins on November 4th.
  2. He doesn't say that the world is going to test Senator McCain if he becomes our President.
  3. Senator Biden must know that these trouble makers around the world believe McCain is not someone to mess around with.
  4. Senator Biden cannot say the same thing about Senator Obama.
  5. Those who are seriously tempted to vote for Senator Obama because they are tired of the US being involved in military conflict are going to find the US and our allies in a much more dangerous position because the trouble makers are going to create all kinds of trouble for us.
  6. Threatening to use our military ONLY works if the trouble makers believe that the President is willing to use the military.
  7. If Senator Obama does the next President, we probably are going to a) use military force a lot more than his supporters imagined and b) we are going to sustain much greater losses than they imagined as well.
  8. Senator McCain has seen what horrors come as the result of war FIRST HAND. He knows better than almost anyone that war is costly and will enter it only as a last resort.
I really think Senator Biden is pleading with us to vote for Senator McCain on November 4th.

What "Joe the Plumber" reminds me of

I like movies - just about any kind of movie. I often am reminded of something in this or that movie when I see something in real life. That happened to me last week when I heard about Joe the Plumber and saw the progression of his story.

I am reminded of the phenomenon in which a large section of the population is intimidated to such an extent that they fear even making eye contact with the individual with the power or his supporters.

For example, in movies about brutal kings or dictators, there are always scenes with peasants cowering in fear avoiding eye contact with the dictator or members of the secret police. The peasants are just hoping that they can go one more day without being noticed.

They know that if they somehow embarrass or anger the dictator or his people, their lives will take a turn for the worse.

That's what we all saw happening in slow motion last week when Senator Obama came into the neighborhood where Joe the Plumber lived. Joe the Plumber embarrassed Senator Obama by getting him to admit that he is on some level a socialist.

Instead of addressing the real issue of being exposed as a socialist, Senator Obama, the people in his staff, the media, the entertainment industry, union workers and Democrats in general went to work destroying the reputation of Joe the Plumber.

The media is delving into Joe's life and is telling us things that we would probably not want people to know about us. For example, they are letting details of Joe's financial situation out.

Before we were told that most normal people don't go into politics because of the intense scrutiny that candidates have to go through. However, I think we need to modify that. People who don't want their lives turned upside down and inside out need to really think about being noticed by politicians and candidates Democratic Party along with any of their supporters.

The Oak Grown from ACORN

Daniel J. Flynn writes:

Last week, well before news broke today of an FBI voter-fraud investigation of the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now (Acorn), Nevada authorities raided the group’s Las Vegas headquarters. The offices of Nevada’s secretary of state and attorney general, both Democrats, seized computers, voter-registration cards, and employee information after Acorn submitted numerous fraudulent names and addresses as part of its voter-registration drive. “Some of these [forms] were facially fraudulent; we basically had the starting lineup for the Dallas Cowboys,” Ross Miller, Nevada’s secretary of state, explained. “Tony Romo is not registered to vote in Nevada.” Acorn’s Project Vote alleges that the raid is part of a nationally orchestrated effort to suppress voter turnout. “Project Vote has been attacked all over the country because we registered at least 1.2 million voters,” theorizes Nevada Acorn’s Bonnie Smith-Greathouse. “That could sway an election.”

And that’s just the point, argues John Fund in the updated and timely reissue of his Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy. Fund contends that recent changes in election laws have made it easier to “sway an election,” as Smith-Greathouse puts it—through cheating. “The United States has a haphazard, fraud-prone election system befitting a developing nation rather than the globe’s leading democracy,” Fund asserts. At times, Fund’s subject seems more fitting for a magazine exposé than for a book—until one confronts the sheer volume of examples he has compiled. Like a portrait of corruption from a century prior, Lincoln Steffens’s Shame of the Cities, Fund’s Stealing Elections adopts a muckraking style and spotlights a national problem by illuminating it on a city-by-city basis.

Read the rest of Flynn's piece.

Unfortunately, I think John Fund has enough new examples if he wanted to do a multi-volume set just from this year's election alone.

Wright 101 Obama funded extremist Afrocentrists who shared Rev. Wright’s anti-Americanism

Stanley Kurts begins writing like this:
It looks like Jeremiah Wright was just the tip of the iceberg. Not only did Barack Obama savor Wright’s sermons, Obama gave legitimacy — and a whole lot of money — to education programs built around the same extremist anti-American ideology preached by Reverend Wright. And guess what? Bill Ayers is still palling around with the same bitterly anti-American Afrocentric ideologues that he and Obama were promoting a decade ago. All this is revealed by a bit of digging, combined with a careful study of documents from the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, the education foundation Obama and Ayers jointly led in the late 1990s.

John McCain, take note. Obama’s tie to Wright is no longer a purely personal question (if it ever was one) about one man’s choice of his pastor. The fact that Obama funded extremist Afrocentrists who shared Wright’s anti-Americanism means that this is now a matter of public policy, and therefore an entirely legitimate issue in this campaign.

Houseful of out-of-state Obama activists registered as Ohio voters, received absentee ballots

Michelle Malkin writes:

Something smells at 2885 Brownlee Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.

I strongly recommend that the Ohio Republican Party get on the case before it’s too late. Today’s the last day to challenge voters who registered early in Ohio before the run up to Election Day.

Here’s the stench: An entire houseful of young, non-Ohioan Democrat activists have used the Brownlee Avenue address to register themselves to vote in the Buckeye State and secure absentee ballots under extremely shady circumstances — all while mobilizing a large effort to register thousands of others for absentee and early voting. The activists are leaders of a group called “Vote From Home ‘08.” The group is self-identified as having “extensive experience with political organizing, election administration, and Democratic politics.” They were hailed as the “Justice League” by a Daily Kos blogger. Their Facebook page brags: “Want to turn the Presidential election blue in a key swing state? Vote from Home is a political organization that was founded by a team of young people for the purpose of assisting, aiding, and tracking voters to elect progressive candidates to the White House. Encouraged by the excitement of the 2008 elections and the movement around the Democratic candidates, Vote From Home will be in Ohio seeking to deliver 10,000 votes to Democratic candidates statewide.

ACORN's Bad Seed

Investor's Business Daily writes:

As a major voting fraud scandal explodes, the mainstream media seem intent on ignoring it. Given the seriousness of the charges, maybe a formal federal investigation is in order.

The charges involve ACORN — the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now — for which Barack Obama once served as a lawyer and as a trainer.

In recent months, a picture has emerged of ACORN as a group run amok — with ACORN accused of registering thousands of bogus voters using such names as Mickey Mouse, Veronica Mars and Pat Tillman, plus names from the Dallas Cowboys.

Why care?

Beyond Obamacorn: Democrat Party voter fraud in Louisiana

Michelle Malkin writes:

From KSLA in Shreveport, Louisiana: A group funded by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee to mobilize a voter registration drive on behalf of Dem. Sen. Mary Landrieu is under investigation for voter fraud by the Louisiana Secretary of State.

It’s not just Obamacorn.

Read the rest of the story.

Let me remind you of what we have been saying. When you hear of hear about instances of voter fraud, you ought to tell yourself that whoever is engaging in voter fraud is demonstrating by their very action that they do NOT believe in the American form of government. They don't believe in "one person, one vote."

The Democrats who are engaging in this stuff want to win at any cost!

What would happen if they succeed and they "win" the presidency and the other offices on November 4th? Do you really believe that they will stop doing things corruptly?

ACORN Watch: RICO suit filed in Ohio

Michelle Malkin writes:

The Buckeye Institute has filed a RICO suit against ACORN in Ohio.

This should be done in every one of the states where ACORN “franchises” operate.

Details:

The Buckeye Institute, a Columbus-based think tank, today filed a state RICO action against the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) on behalf of two Warren County voters. The action filed in Warren County Court of Common Pleas alleges ACORN has engaged in a pattern of corrupt activity that amounts to organized crime. It seeks ACORN’s dissolution as a legal entity, the revocation of any licenses in Ohio, and an injunction against fraudulent voter registration and other illegal activities.

How to Steal Ohio

Rick begins his piece as follows:

Imagine: It is the very early morning of November 5, 2008. Despite all the predictions and polls, John McCain and Barack Obama are locked in an extremely close race for President of the United States. McCain made a furious comeback over the previous 3 weeks following the last debate where Obama fumbled several answers while looking tired.

McCain's momentum propelled him back into the race and in a furious last minute charge that involved spending more than $25 million in combined campaign and Republican National Committee ad money that last weekend surged to within just a few points of Obama by Election Day.

Now, at 6:00 AM the following day, the race hangs on the results in just one state; Ohio. McCain leads by nearly 50,000 votes but suddenly, Ohio's Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner announces that several thousand McCain absentee ballots have been disqualified while additional thousands of votes in Cuyahoga County were "discovered" to have not been counted. After several more hours of confusion -- which included the discovery of more uncounted votes in heavily Democratic counties by the Secretary of State -- McCain's lead is gone and Obama is declared the winner of Ohio and the election.

Of course, this scenario is not credible, is it? No Secretary of State would act so brazenly, right?

ACORN and Voter Fraud: The Saga Continues

Power Line writes:

This is one of those news stories you can hardly believe. In Lake County, Indiana, ACORN turned in 5,000 new registrations. The authorities there started reviewing them, and quit after they found that the first 2,100 were all fraudulent. The mind boggles: ACORN turns in thousands of new registrations, and not a single one represents a legitimate voter. Here is CNN's report:

What Did Pelosi Know, And When Did She Know It?

Hugh Hewitt links to a ABC News story and writes:
Democratic Congressman Tim Mahoney has a sex scandal on his hands, and democratic leadership may have been complicit in the cover-up, according to ABC News' Brian Ross.

The irony: Mahoney took disgraced Republican Mark Foley's seat in 2006. Recall that when Foley became the headline last cycle, the MSM took out after the GOP leadership for failing to act to clean up the House.

Obama did not write "Dreams From My Father"

Jack Cashilll writes:

The emergence of a previously unseen writing sample proves all but conclusively that Barack Obama did not in any meaningful way write Dreams From My Father, the book that Time Magazine has called “the best-written memoir ever produced by an American politician.”

The emergence of a second writing sample, this one by a legitimate author, provides convincing evidence as to who did.

The Stealth Candidate

David Limbaugh pretty much sums up what I have been thinking for quite some time when he writes:

Democrats assume Republicans are raising Obama's many questionable relationships in a desperation effort to salvage the election. You might think this is splitting hairs, but I believe the reason is that these relationships scare the daylights out of us.

Conservatives were very much opposed to Bill Clinton for myriad reasons, but with decades in elective office in Arkansas, at least he wasn't a stealth candidate. Though rumors and mysteries abounded, Clinton was hardly a blank slate who emerged out of nowhere.

Obama is different. He burst onto the political scene and has risen with such alacrity that even many of his supporters don't have a clue what he's about or where he would take America.

It's no wonder the conspiracy types are whispering that he's the Manchurian candidate. It's not as if he's embracing his past; it's more as if he's concealing it, and for good reason. People have a right to know just how radical this man is because America's destiny is in the balance.

That's exactly it. For the longest time, we hardly knew anything about Senator Obama. And we are being told that we should simply choose Obama without really knowing his full history. Imagine what we would do if this was any other area of life.

For example, let's you were buying a used car. Would you feel like were on solid ground if you went home to your spouse and said, "Honey, I bought a terrific car. It's RED!!! And you have to hear the horn on it! The horn makes the most beautiful sound I have ever heard."

Your spouse then asks you some questions about it. "How many miles does it have on it?" "How many people have owned it before you bought it?" "Are you sure it wasn't a rental car?" "Darling, were you able to inspect it or see any of the documentation on it before you paid for it?"

I don't think you would tell your spouse, "Hey, the used car salesman said you would say exactly those things!!! He said that you must have a thing against RED CARS!!!"

No, of course not.

Well, as more things started coming out about Senator Obama, a lot of people were becoming increasingly disturbed about what we were learning.

Obama, ACORN & Their Starring Role in the Mortgage Crisis

In a piece from October 10th, Frank Salvato writes:
Barack Obama, congressional Democrats and Progressive-Left operatives – with the help of the mainstream media – have done a great job of spinning culpability for the mortgage crisis onto the Bush Administration, congressional Republicans and, in particular, John McCain. This is a notable moment in the history of political spin because as the facts present, Democrats and Progressive-Leftists – not Republicans –are the ones directly responsible for the current financial crisis in which our country is embroiled. At the center of this culpability are Barack Obama and ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

In order to understand how Barack Obama and ACORN are directly to blame for the mortgage meltdown, we first have to understand what ACORN is and how Barack Obama was affiliated with them...and make no mistake; Barack Obama was most definitely affiliated with ACORN.

Questions about Senator Obama's past and even his citizenship

In an article titled "This could be the Game Changer," Thomas Lifson talks about a YouTube video that could have a big impact on the election. In this video, Molotov Mitchell says he is calling on Senator Obama to produce his birth certificate.

Why? Well, the U.S. Constitution states very explicitly that in order for an individual to be eligible to become the President of the United States, he (or she) has to be a natural-born citizen.

This should be extremely easy for the Obama campaign to settle once and for all. Just produce the Senator's birth certificate.

Any way, here is the video by Molotov Mitchell.

I think the American Thinker is correct when it says:

It may be the case that Berg is completely wrong. If so, the Obama campaign could have submitted documentation to the court quashing this case. Instead, it has chosen to engage in a legal strategy of delay. Why would they do this if Obama's documentation were in order? Why would they only provide electronic (so far as I know) copies to friendly sources? Perhaps someone can explain that satisfactorily, but I cannot.

GOP Renews Complaints Over Voter Registrations

Evan Perez, writing in the Wall Street Journal on Thursday, said:
As most states finalize voter rolls this week, Republican officials are reviving alarms about vote fraud.

One of the biggest instances of suspicious registrations is here in New Mexico, where the Federal Bureau of Investigation has opened a preliminary investigation into 1,400 potentially fraudulent voter registrations in the state's most populous county.

It's far from clear that the number of suspicious registrations is enough to affect the outcome of the presidential vote, even in tight states, elections officials say.
This kind of thing ought to anger any American regardless of his or her political affiliation. What people who are responsible for voter fraud is essentially saying is that they simply don't believe in the American people choosing their own leaders. Our election laws, in their eyes, is something that restrains the Republican Party and is there for the Democratic Party to circumvent.

Almost everyone I know says how eloquent Senator is, how well he speaks, and how well he writes. We have known for quite some time that David Axelrod has been helping him write his speeches, etc. However, people are now questioning whether or not Senator Obama authored his own books.

Read why Jack Cashill believes that there is reason to doubt that Senator Obama actually wrote his books.

NYP: 1 Voter, 72 Registrations 'Acorn Paid Me In Cash & Cigs'

In a piece in the New York Post, it says:
CLEVELAND - A man at the center of a voter-registration scandal told The Post yesterday he was given cash and cigarettes by aggressive ACORN activists in exchange for registering an astonishing 72 times, in apparent violation of Ohio laws.

"Sometimes, they come up and bribe me with a cigarette, or they'll give me a dollar to sign up," said Freddie Johnson, 19, who filled out 72 separate voter-registration cards over an 18-month period at the behest of the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
Nobody is suggesting that all of these fraudulent votes would slip by. If they did, Ohio would go down as having the most Democratic voters of any state - even California. It's all about the quantity. This man registered 72 times. Even if people were to vote using his 72 registered named, odds are that 72 votes for Senator Obama wouldn't get by. However, the Democrats are banking on a few will. Maybe two or three will.

How would we even begin to try to correct this mess?

Hour Long Program about Obama

FoxNews aired an hour-long program (presumably including commercials) about Senator Obama. Regardless of your political persuasion, I want to recommend watching it.

What struck me is really how little we know about Senator Obama's past. I don't know about you, but I get suspicious when someone tries to hide his past. Oh, I know. There is sometimes a very legitimate reason to keep one's past secret. For instance, if one is doing very sensitive work for the government or the military, it might be required.

However, when an ordinary citizen, which Senator Obama was, does that, well, it makes me suspicious what he has to hide.

It always struck me odd that some individuals of the media went to such lengths even to go to Viet Nam and tracked down Senator McCain's captors when he was a prisoner of war. The media actually interviewed them!!!

Why aren't the media going to that trouble to investigate Senator Obama's life like they do with Senator McCain? Was there some doubt in those individuals' minds about what Senator McCain was doing during those five long years?

Aren't the citizens interested in what Senator Obama did during these many years? I know I am.

Anyway, here is Sean Hannity's program.

Who is this Ayers guy anyway?

It's easy to be swayed by the spin that Senator Obama's supporters create for our consumption. A lot of us weren't even around in the 60s and 70s when the United States experienced tremendous turmoil.

A lot of us never even heard the other side's perspective either. When we hear people talk about the 60s, we think about hippies who just wanted to live in peace with everyone. We think about people who just wanted to be free to do their own thing. "Free love." "Make love, not war." "Flower power." We think of people using psychedelic drugs intended to bring about mind-blowing "religious experiences".

Harmless stuff, mostly. At least, we say, those activities really don't harm anyone who doesn't chose to live that way. It doesn't harm anyone else.

When we hear this stuff about Senator Obama being connected somehow with Bill Ayers, our response might be, "What's the big deal? I don't even know who this Ayers guy is anyway." I think that if you do take the time to actually find out, you definitely won't be thinking that any more.

I hope you do watch this YouTube video. It is made up of both old and new video clips of news footage and interviews.

The thing that a lot of us are asking is this. Are you sure that you can trust Senator Obama's judgment? Really, are you?

Planting Seeds of Disaster

Stanley Kurtz writes:
I’ve already told the story of Obama’s close ties to ACORN leader Madeline Talbott, who personally led Chicago ACORN’s campaign to intimidate banks into making high-risk loans to low-credit customers. Using provisions of a 1977 law called the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Chicago ACORN was able to delay and halt the efforts of banks to merge or expand until they had agreed to lower their credit standards — and to fill ACORN’s coffers to finance “counseling” operations like the one touted in that Sun-Times article. This much we’ve known. Yet these local, CRA-based pressure-campaigns fit into a broader, more disturbing, and still under-appreciated national picture. Far more than we’ve recognized, ACORN’s local, CRA-enabled pressure tactics served to entangle the financial system as a whole in the subprime mess. ACORN was no side-show. On the contrary, using CRA and ties to sympathetic congressional Democrats, ACORN succeeded in drawing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac into the very policies that led to the current disaster.

IBD: Is ACORN Stealing The Election?

Investor's Business Daily has a piece demonstrating why ACORN's efforts are so dangerous to the electoral process. The trick is in sheer numbers. For every one instance of voter fraud that gets flagged, who knows how many slips through unnoticed.

Read the whole column.

NYP: "Nuts! How ACORN Got Me Into Vote Scam"

The New York Post tells the story of a man who says ACORN got him to register to vote 10-15 times.

Really, if a candidate is willing to tolerate this corruption to get him into office, is it completely unreasonable to believe he will tolerate other shady tactics to attain what he wants to accomplish while in office? Can you tell me that I am wrong?

Can you even say that they believe in democracy? in what it means for everyone to be able to vote and chose his or her leaders? Or is that merely for the folks who vote for them? Can you say I am wrong?

Read the story in the New York Post.

Democracia USA and Voter Fraud

There are more reports of voter fraud!

Read the story for all the details.

If the Democrats aren't confident that Senator Obama is going to win the election, they cheat. I heard that the a LOT of people living in Illinois simply laugh when they hear of new instances of corruption. It's like they view the Democrats in their town or state as their adorable toddler of a grandson sneaking a cookie out of the cookie jar. "Aw, that's so cute. You gotta hand it to little Billy. He knows what he wants and refuses to take NO for an answer." Seriously, they just laugh it off.

Do you think corruption is something to wink at or laugh off? If the Democrats are willing to cheat when it comes to stealing votes, what else do you think they are willing to do once they are in office?

The Real Obama

Thomas Sowell is doing an excellent series of columns on ''The Real Obama". In the first part, Dr. Sowell writes:

Critics of Senator Barack Obama make a strategic mistake when they talk about his "past associations." That just gives his many defenders in the media an opportunity to counter-attack against "guilt by association."

We all have associations, whether at the office, in our neighborhood or in various recreational activities. Most of us neither know nor care what our associates believe or say about politics.

Associations are very different from alliances. Allies are not just people who happen to be where you are or who happen to be doing the same things you do. You choose allies deliberately for a reason. The kind of allies you choose says something about you.

Who Did You Know, Sen. Obama, and When Did You Know Them?

In a thought-provoking piece, Frank Salvato writes:
We have heard the names of the people on the list of radicals and ne’er-do-wells that Barack Obama says he knows but doesn’t know; has worked with but hasn’t worked with; has taken money from but hasn’t taken money from. . . .

While it is legitimate to question whether it demonstrates good judgment to associate with such decidedly radical ideologues, it is more important to understand whether or not Sen. Obama has been influenced – at any point in his life – by any of these people.

Obama Campaign Taking No Chances

Power Line says:

Barack Obama reportedly is outspending the McCain campaign by three to one on television; I heard a news report a little while ago that he is outspending McCain seven to one in North Carolina. Obama's ability to make the cash registers ring is his one unique contribution to American politics. But his campaign is taking nothing for granted: voter fraud is once again playing a role in the Democrats' strategy.

The main voter fraud organization is ACORN, with which Obama has a long relationship. Currently, at least seven states are investigating evidence of voter fraud perpetrated by ACORN. The latest is Missouri. . . .

Voter fraud in Democratic politics? Gasp! ;-)

Michelle continues telling us about Obama and Acorn with regards to voter fraud.
Systemic corruption of our election process continues. Barack Obama and his old friends at ACORN and Project Vote are leading the way. This radical revolution is taking place in your backyard. And as I’ve reported before, this voter-fraud racket is on your dime. . . .

On Tuesday, Nevada state officials raided ACORN’s Las Vegas office after election authorities accused the group of submitting multiple voter registrations with fake and duplicate names.
Yep, Senator Obama's living in Chicago certainly helped him.

IBD: Obama's Real Problem With Ayers

The October 7th's Investor's Business Daily has an interesting take on Senator Obama's connection with William Ayers.
At an education forum in Venezuela, Bill Ayers showed the real issue is not his terrorist past. It's the socialist revolutionary agenda that he and Barack Obama want to impose on the nation's schools.

Iraqi Billionaire Threatens Reporters Investigating Rezko Affair

In his column, Andrew Walden writes:

Why aren’t the American media investigating the role of British billionaire businessman Nadhmi Auchi in supplying loans to Barack Obama fundraiser Tony Rezko? Some point to media bias, but there is another factor. Working for Auchi, who was born in Iraq, attorneys from London law firm Carter-Ruck have for several months been flooding American and British newspapers and websites with letters demanding removal of material they deem “defamatory” to their client.

Did anyone catch the name of that donor?

In the October 4th issue of Newsweek, Michael Isikoff reports on suspicious donors to the Obama campaign.

The Obama campaign has shattered all fund-raising records, raking in $458 million so far, with about half the bounty coming from donors who contribute $200 or less. Aides say that's an illustration of a truly democratic campaign. To critics, though, it can be an invitation for fraud and illegal foreign cash because donors giving individual sums of $200 or less don't have to be publicly reported. Consider the cases of Obama donors "Doodad Pro" of Nunda, N.Y., who gave $17,130, and "Good Will" of Austin, Texas, who gave more than $11,000—both in excess of the $2,300-per-person federal limit. In two recent letters to the Obama campaign, Federal Election Commission auditors flagged those (and other) donors and informed the campaign that the sums had to be returned.

Obama and Ayers Pushed Radicalism On Schools

In the Wall Street Journal dated SEPTEMBER 23th, 2008, there is an op-ed piece titled, "Obama and Ayers Pushed Radicalism On Schools". Stanley Kurtz writes:
Despite having authored two autobiographies, Barack Obama has never written about his most important executive experience. From 1995 to 1999, he led an education foundation called the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC), and remained on the board until 2001. The group poured more than $100 million into the hands of community organizers and radical education activists.
Why doesn't Senator Obama want to talk about this period of his life? Read the full piece in the WSJ.

Hearing on Fannie and Freddie in Congress

While surfing the web, I came across this video posted on a radio station's website and clicked through until I got the original on youtube. Wow!!!

In 2004, the Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives were basically saying that there was NOTHING wrong with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. And it's the Republicans warning us that there was real trouble coming.

Anyway, here it is.
